Yes, since we own full rights to any designs we create, we can offer you existing designs for your project. However, keep in mind that almost every garage suite we have designed in Calgary is unique in some aspect especially given that lots come in all shapes and sizes and our architectural design packages must take lot features into account.
Yes, of course we will, and we always encourage prospective buyers to drive by our past projects to see our high quality standard of construction and design for themselves. However, we would like to remind you to please be respectful of our clients and don’t trespass onto their property. If you have questions about how the inside looks, we can provide you with photos and help address your concerns.
It is possible that you will save money on the design process if you use a pre-existing design. However, it depends on how much of that design you will use; remember that almost every suite is different in some way or another, so even if you use a pre-existing design and it requires some customization, your savings may be only three figures at best.

Yes, we do! In fact, most of our garage suites are fully customized designs inside and out. Let us know what your ideal build looks like, and we will bring it to life for you!

It would be highly unusual for your project’s permits not to be approved by the city, whether that be through redesigns and resubmissions, or by other means. We do not take on projects unless we are extremely confident we can get you approved by the city for the type of suite you’re looking to build.
