Our Lake Bonavista project entailed converting a double-car garage to a fully livable secondary suite with a total of 624 square feet of interior living space. During the design consultation phase, a custom floorplan was created so that the homeowner could have ease of access to the backyard patio through rear French Doors. A large king-sized able bedroom, spacious living room and kitchen and bathroom make this redeveloped garage to suite conversion as cozy as it gets.
