Looking for more square footage to fit king-sized bedroom furniture, our client requested we expand the size of the bedroom and main living room / kitchen area by 80 square feet.

Other additional upgrades requested by our client include (but are not limited to):

  • Carport with balcony rooftop
  • 300 square foot concrete pad
  • Extensive wrap-around balcony
  • Patio slider for bedroom-balcony access
  • Kitchen countertop and cabinetry expansion
  • Custom MDF shelving
  • Extra windows
