Our Bridgeland backyard suite project was built in tandem with a luxury infill home by our parent company Gold Homes. Our clients were looking for a medium-size suite that could double as a workplace while also earning secondary income. We created a floorplan with a rental bedroom in addition to a small office that could be used for a wide range of occupations.

Upgrades that were included in this build:

  • exterior steel stair access
  • third-car garage bay
  • acrylic stucco exterior to prevent hail damage
  • black windows
  • two skylights
