Project Description
Our second Winston Heights garage suite project began as a maximum-sized custom package with 850 s.f. of living space and 804 s.f. building envelope. During the design, and after many iterations back and forth with our clients, the suite ended up being a total of 901 s.f. of living space (including the ground-level office) and 816 s.f. of building envelope.
Throughout the process, our clients made several changes to the design and specifications. Some of the most notable upgrades in the suite include (but are not limited to):
- Upgraded countertops to 1” 1/4” thickness
- Countertop waterfalls
- Upgraded matte black designer fixtures
- Upgraded matte black sink
- Upgraded appliance package
- Double-sliding barn door
- Upgraded cabinetry materials and finishing
- Upgraded window package
- Extra concrete pathways
- 200A panel
