Our first backyard suite project in Wildwood began as a “Hank” package with a maximum allowable living space of 850 square feet. Over the past year, the development of this suite has changed dramatically, with a full redesign commencing about five months ago upon request by our valued client.

Since then, the redesign has entailed a fully custom layout and exterior elevation from the ground up – something unlike anything seen in our standard packages.

This custom plan entails a large one bedroom + den layout, a full dining room, living room, and expansive balcony. The corrugated metal roof is a considerable upgrade, as is the custom sauna and steam shower. Overall, our client has several other upgrades ranging from triple pane windows to luxurious interior selections, including (but not limited to):

  • Fully tiled shower
  • Custom herring bone backsplash
  • R16 black garage doors
  • Custom LVP stair nosing
  • Garage heater supply/install
  • Interior stair railing instead of stub wall
  • Exterior pot lights on all elevation
  • Glass railing on balcony instead of picket
