The suite access is from the backyard. Up the two-flight stairs, you enter into a cozy living and kitchen room, with the latter along the alley providing views of the school field across the way.

You immediately notice the large, bright picture windows and the tall 9-foot ceilings when you walk into the space. To the side of the kitchen is a hallway that leads to the large bathroom and two bedrooms, one king-able and one queen-able. Both bedrooms feature closets, while the larger bedroom offers a balcony space overlooking the adjacent park.

Upgrades above and beyond our standard specifications in this suite include:

• Larger building envelope, above 805 s.f.
• Full fibre-cement board exterior
• 9-foot ceilings and tall doors
• Smartboard trim around doors and windows
