Our Renfrew garage suite project was brought to us by our client to build. This suite was one of the largest we’ve seen to date, with nearly 1,100 square feet across two floors.

The top floor is a comfortable two-bedroom suite with an open-concept living space and rear balcony patio access that serves to keep family connected with one another via the backyard. The suite is also accessible via an elevator from the ground level, perfect for owners concerned about accessibility in their golden years.

On the ground-level, a ~260 square foot flex space is complete with a half kitchenette and full bathroom, ideal use for a flex space such as a gym or Air BnB. Features at our Renfrew garage suite project include (but are not limited to):

  • ~1,100 square feet of living space upstairs and down
  • Indoor and outdoor access via elevator or balcony entranceway
  • One large queen-able bedroom, one small bedroom/den upstairs
  • Open concept kitchen and living room
  • Walk-in closet and laundry room which leads to the bathroom
  • Ground-level flex space at around 260 square feet.
