Our third carriage house project in Glamorgan is an absolute stunner. Our clients brought us their drawing late in 2024 for pricing while waiting for the final stages of the development permit and building permit to complete. Construction began in May, and was completed in September, taking just four months or so to complete.
Entering the suite, you’ll notice the luxurious tall 7-foot doors throughout. In the entranceway is a large closet, which has been designed to accommodate a future elevator shaft. Walking up the vinyl stairs, you enter into a bright, open-concept living room and kitchen space with a nook to the side. A spacious covered balcony feels warming and comfortable. Directly at the top of the stairs is the entrance to the king-sized able bedroom and full bathroom with a glass-tiled shower.

- 644 square feet of upstairs living space
- 87 square feet of ground-level entrance way and stair
- Spacious and covered 81 square foot balcony
