Our second carriage house project in Glamorgan is a high-end, unique design. Our clients brought us their drawing for pricing after receiving development permit approval, and we negotiated on the build for several months.
Entering the suite, the interior vinyl-clad stairs lead up to the open-concept upper floor with a high vaulted ceiling that arches from one wall to the other – with no peak. This unique design features three picture windows at the top, providing ample natural lighting throughout the day. The kitchen features dual-wall cabinetry that wraps around the kitchen and into the bedroom hallway. The two-tone cabinetry matches the flooring, while the white adds contemporary flair. The two queen-sized bedrooms are about the same size, while the spacious living room opens up onto a large balcony through a 12-foot slider door.
Unique specs at our Glamorgan #2 suite project include (but are not limited to):
- ~889 square feet of upstairs living space
- ~61 square feet of ground-level entrance way and stair
- Full-sized kitchen pantry
