As mentioned above, if you eliminate the need for us to partake in the development permit or building permit process, a discount will be offered to you as part of our quotation for your drawings. The final discount amount will be dependent on your situation.
For example, if you bring us a backyard suite drawing that already has its BP approved by the city, this significantly reduces the time and cost required for our team to arrange the steps leading up to construction. As a result, we can offer you a larger discount on your price at the time of quotation.
If your laneway home drawing only has its DP approved, we will still offer you a price discount, but it will not be as high.
